DW2 One-Shots, Playtest Day, Q&A Livestream Tomorrow
Prepare for adventure! We have several exciting events coming up in the future, especially for those who have been itching to play DW2 but haven't gotten a chance yet.
Community One-Shots Starting Oct 11
We want to playtest with you! That means both of us (Helena and Spencer) will start running one-shots of Dungeon World 2 on the DW+ Discord community. These will take place once per week at variable times and dates, so everyone has a chance to play.
We will alternate which one of us runs each week, and we'll start off with vRed since it's newer and less playtested. Later we'll start alternating between Red and Blue versions.
The first one-shot is The Pestilence on Oct 11 at 2pm Eastern, run by Helena, and the next one is The Mine of Lost Voices on Oct 18 at 6pm Eastern, run by Spencer.
To sign-up, simply reply to the game's post in the specific Looking For Group thread on the DW+ Discord.

"DW2 Playtest Day" Takes Place Saturday, November 15
During this free online event, the DW+ Discord server will host a plethora of one-shots at different times throughout the day, all put on by fantastic GMs. Everyone is welcome to watch, play, or run a game of your choice, whether you're new to TTRPGs or are a veteran PbtA GM.
That said, an Alpha isn't the same as a finished game, so we want to show our appreciation to everyone who joins us to playtest the game for on this day. When Dungeon World 2's crowdfunding campaign launches next year, all Playtest Day participants will be sent a discount code for the campaign ($5 for players, $10 for GMs).
If you're interested in joining the Playtest Day as a GM, please fill out this form. You can sign up as a GM up to one week before the event (Nov 8). Player registration will open up on October 18 and last until 3 days beforehand (Nov 12).
We've partnered with the organizer of "Dungeon World Day" to make this event as smooth and clean as possible.
